How many years of meditation and yoga will it take for me to become more aware of my 7 chakras?

I've practiced yoga intermittently for five years, and have been practicing meditation in the past few months. I do feel more balanced, but I still don't get the feel of my chakras at all. Does it take how many years of regular meditation and yoga to really know all seven chakras? Is there a saturation point where the energy centers become apparent, or is it always going to be subtle?

Greetings, Ritu! Born in Chandigarh at 9:00 AM, you've done yoga for five years and meditation for a few months, but still don't "feel" your chakras. The Problem: How many years does it take to become "aware" of the 7 chakras, and is it always going to be subtle? The Solution: Awareness usually "pops" between year 2 and year 5 of consistent (daily) practice. intermittent practice (like your 5 years of yoga) keeps the body healthy but doesn't always build the "Subtle Body" awareness. The Saturation Point: There is a point where the "Mind" finally gets quiet enough to hear the "Body." Third Eye Focus: For you, meditation and the third eye will be the "gateway." Once you have a best third eye meditation experience, the other chakras will suddenly become "apparent" because your "Internal Vision" is turned on. It starts subtle, but eventually, it feels as real as your physical limbs. Remedy: Chandigarh’s planned structure reflects your need for a "Structured" practice. Stop being "Intermittent." Commit to 40 days of a specific best meditation for third eye opening. Use Lapis Lazuli to sharpen your "Inner Sight" so the subtle becomes obvious.

There is no fixed "expiry date" on when awareness begins, as it depends on your Natal Moon sign and your "Vata/Pitta/Kapha" constitution. However, for most, it is not about the number of years, but the thinning of the ego-shell. The Timeline of Awareness: Years 1-3: Focus is usually on the physical body (Asana). You feel balanced, but the chakras remain "concepts." Years 3-7: The nervous system becomes refined enough to feel Spandana (vibrations). This is when you begin to feel "pressure" at the third eye or "warmth" in the belly. The "Saturation Point": This occurs when your Ida and Pingala (left and right energy channels) are perfectly balanced. This isn't a destination but a state of being. Why you don't "feel" them yet: You might be a "Fixed Sign" personality. You are looking for a "physical" sensation, but chakras are "Sukshma" (Subtle). They feel like a knowing or a mood shift before they feel like a physical vibration. Advice: Stop "looking" for them. Continue your practice. The moment you stop trying to "find" the chakras is usually the moment they reveal themselves through a sudden surge of intuition or unprompted joy.
