How should I start and get acquainted with meditation for chakra healing?

I have no experience meditating, but I have been feeling emotionally stuck and disconnected from myself. Chakra healing was recommended by a friend, and I would like to attempt it but have no idea where to begin. How do you begin meditation for chakra healing if you have no background in it? Do I use guided tracks, learn how to breathe, or just sit in silence? I want something easy that I can maintain without getting too overwhelmed.

Greetings, Saurabh! Born in Lucknow at 7:55 AM, you are a "Morning Sun" individual with a natural drive for clarity. Feeling "emotionally stuck" is often the result of the Root Chakra (Muladhara) being stagnant. The Problem: You have no background in meditation and are overwhelmed by the choice between mantra chakra work, guided tracks, or silence. You want a sustainable, "overwhelm-free" entry point into chakra meditation. The Solution: For a beginner, the "Gently Guided" approach is best. If you sit in silence immediately, your mind will likely race, making you feel more "disconnected." Start with chakra healing meditation and guided visualization. This gives your mind a "job" (watching colors) while your body relaxes. The Breath: Spend the first week just learning "Box Breathing" (Inhale 4, Hold 4, Exhale 4, Hold 4). This stabilizes your nervous system. The Visualization: Once the breath is steady, use a 7 chakras meditation track. Focus on the colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. The Mantras: Don't worry about the Sanskrit mantra chakra sounds yet; just use simple affirmations like "I am safe" (Root) or "I am loved" (Heart). Astrological Remedy: Lucknow's air is rich in tradition. Since your birth time is 7:55 AM, try to meditate at that same time each morning. Your Sun is rising, and this is when your personal "Solar" energy is at its peak. Use a Red Jasper stone to keep you grounded during your first few weeks of root chakra meditation.
