I always feel that there are signs that I have cancer, am I right or is it all in my head?
Name: Kunal Date of Birth: 5 May 1993 Place of Birth: Ahmedabad Time: 09:45 AM. I'm fixated on the idea of having cancer. The moment I feel a lump, pain, or tiredness, I assure myself that it's something fatal. I've taken several tests and doctors have assured me, but I still spin. I don't read news about cancer and even avoid watching films that discuss it. It's disturbing my sleep and relationships. I wish to learn how to get over this phobia and cease allowing it to dominate my life. Can one feel secure in one's own body once again?

6 months agoNamaste, Kunal. Fixating on a fatal illness is an attempt by the ego to control the uncontrollable: mortality. The Problem: Born on 5 May 1993, you likely have a strong placement in Taurus or Scorpio, signs that deal with "deep roots" and "transformation." Cancer-phobia (Carcinophobia) is often a manifestation of a fear of change or a fear of the "unseen." Every lump is a symbol of a life out of control. The Solution & Remedies: ● The "Information Fast": You are already avoiding films and news—this is good. Extend this to medical websites. Your "assurance" must come from within, not from a test result. ● Mindfulness: Practice "Radical Acceptance." Tell yourself, "Right now, in this second, I am alive and breathing." ● Astrological Remedy: Chant the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra daily. This is the ultimate Vedic vibration for overcoming the fear of death and chronic disease. It creates a protective psychic shield.
