I am seeking astrological help for emotional healing after a breakup

I need help, my name is Manav Kapoor and I was born on 1 st June 1996 at 9.35 PM in Hyderabad. Having gone through a painful breakup I have been fighting to get over the emotional trauma and I remain sad and closed off. I find myself continuously re-living the past and I am mentally tired.
