I can’t think sensibly anymore due to symptoms of health anxiety, what can I do to get better?

Name: Rhea Date of Birth: 6 December 1993 Place of Birth: Delhi Time: 10:10 AM. I was a rational person, but health anxiety has totally taken over my power of reasoning. Whenever I experience a twinge, pain, or flutter, I am in a state of panic. I attempt to speak sense to myself, but sense no longer works. I've lost confidence in my own mind and continually look to others for reassurance. Even when doctors tell me I'm all right, I keep second-guessing them. It wears me down and embarrasses me. I need to learn how to stop this and begin to ignore symptoms that are not significant. Can I rebuild my mental sharpness and cease to respond to every sensation?

Namaste, Rhea. It is heartbreaking to feel like your own "sense" has abandoned you, but your rational mind is still there—it’s just buried under layers of fear. The Problem: Born on 6 December 1993, your chart suggests a struggle between logic and deep-seated insecurity. When you seek "reassurance" from others or doctors, you get a "hit" of relief, but like a drug, it wears off quickly, leaving you wanting more. This is why "sense" no longer works—you’ve trained your brain to only believe in the next test result. The Solution & Remedies:Ban Reassurance: Stop asking others, "Does this look red to you?" or "Does my heart feel fast?" Every time you ask, you reinforce the idea that you cannot be trusted. ● Trust the Body’s History: Remind yourself: "My body has successfully kept me alive for 32 years without me checking it once. It knows what it’s doing." ● Astrological Remedy: Since Ketu often causes "loss of direction," offer sesame seeds in flowing water on Tuesdays. This helps in clearing the "fog" of the mind and restoring sharp, Sun-like clarity.
