I get nervous a lot — but how can I tell if it’s normal anxiety or real anxiety?

Namaste, my name is Meera, born in London on 9th October 2004 at 3:10 PM. I often get nervous before exams or presentations, which I know is normal, but recently I feel like it’s happening even in simple situations like talking to friends or making small decisions.
