Hello, my name is Ishaan, born in Dubai on 19th April 2005 at 8:05 AM. I’ve realised recently that anxiety is not just about overthinking or feeling nervous. For me, it sometimes shows up as irritability, tiredness, or even body aches, which I never thought were related to anxiety.
