I started meditating to reduce stress, but now I'm having vivid, disturbing dreams.
My name is Naresh, born On 17/7/1995 at 3:30 AM, I started a guided meditation to relieve some stress as I needed to find some peace. I feel more relaxed in the daytime but my nights have become hectic and tiresome. My nightmares are very violent, even frightening, and I am awake to recollect them. I am feeling like my mind is de-packaging something I have buried years ago, maybe an old trauma. Is it an ordinary stage of the cleansing process or is this an indication that my meditation is already too tough at this point? I do not know whether I could cope with this daily commotion.
