I will have anxiety forever or is it even possible for me to recover completely?
Name: Rishita Date of Birth: 17 May 1995 Place of Birth: Pune Time: 2:10 PM I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder last year following a bout of panic attacks and perpetual worrying that threw my work and personal life out of gear. Although therapy and medication have eased the symptoms to a large extent, I continue to be on eggshells each day. I just wonder if this is just the way my life will be from now on, always having to contend with symptoms, never really free. Is anxiety disorder a permanent thing or is there really hope of getting better and being at peace?

4 months agoNamaste, Rishita, Yes, 100% yes. While the tendency toward anxiety might remain, the suffering from it can end. In your chart, as you move out of a difficult transit or Dasha, the clouds will part. The Reason: You are currently in the "post-storm" phase—hyper-aware and on eggshells. This is a survival habit, not a permanent state. The Solution & Remedies: ● Affirmations: "I am safe in this moment." Repeat this as a Japa. ● Pearl: A high-quality South Sea Pearl can act as a permanent "anchor" for your mind if your chart allows it.
