I would like to balance my chakras but is it all right to do it myself?

Hello, I am Satish, born at Ahmedabad on 7th June, 1985 at 2:45 PM. I've been out of sorts lately and I want to balance my chakras. But I do not wish to go see a healer or use any equipment. I like to do things on my own, in my own environment. Can there be a way to balance chakras without physical contact or assistance from the outside? Is it okay if I try doing this by myself?
