Is guided meditation useful for clearing emotional blocks per my chart?

Sometimes I feel like I'm holding onto feelings that I can't find words for — memories or emotions that are stuck deep within. I've become interested in guided meditation because it seems like a soft way for those feelings to come up and finally let them go. Can my birth chart indicate if guided meditation is going to be particularly useful for me in clearing emotional blocks? Maybe some placements indicate that this practice will help me process feelings, heal old wounds, and reach greater emotional freedom and peace.
