Is it normal to be anxious all the time even when nothing is amiss at all?

Name: Neha, Date of birth: 4 May 2000, Place of birth: Delhi, Time: 7:25 AM. I have been anxious pretty much every day lately even when there is actually no reason. I wake up with a tight chest and racing thoughts, and I just keep having worst-case scenarios in my mind. Those close to me tell me I'm just overthinking, but it doesn't feel that easy. Is it normal to feel anxious all the time even when nothing is really wrong? I'd like to know where this constant unease is coming from and how to flip it.

Namaste, Neha. Waking up with a tight chest even when life is "fine" is a classic sign of an overactive Rahu influencing your Moon. Rahu creates smoke; it makes you see shadows where there are none. The Astrological Reason: Your Moon in Aries or Taurus (depending on precise degrees) is likely receiving an aspect from Rahu, which creates "sudden" surges of fear. It is not "normal" to suffer, but it is a common astrological pattern. The Remedy: Keep a piece of silver in your wallet or wear a silver ring. Silver cools the lunar energy and dissipates Rahu’s smoke. Holistic Solution: Practice "Box Breathing" (4 counts in, 4 hold, 4 out, 4 hold). This physically forces your nervous system out of "worst-case scenario" mode.
