Is it possible for me to cleanse all 7 of my chakras within half-an-hour?

(Born on 1st November, 1999; 8:58 AM) Hello, I'm Pooja. Between work and college, I hardly get any time to breathe. I want to begin clearing my chakras but I can't devote hours to it. Does a fast technique to clear all seven chakras within less than half an hour exist that is still as effective?

Hi Pooja Your question to us, is if it is possible to clean all 7 chakras in 30 minutes? The thing is, the 7 chakras are really important for our mental and physical health. I do not think that cleaning all 7 chakras can be done in such a time. I mean 30 minutes is a really short time. The 7 chakras are : root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the third eye chakra and the crown chakra and each of them has their own unique ways to remove negative energy. So to clean all 7 chakras it will take a lot more than 30 minutes. So what is a session and what does it really do? Releases surface-level stress and blockages Restores basic energy flow across all chakras Calms the nervous system This thing helps you feel lighter and more centered. It really does make the meditation practice of Yoga and things like that feel more like it is helping you because you feel lighter and more centered when you do it and that is what it is supposed to do to help you feel lighter and more centered. What it will not do all at once: Emotional patterns that are really deep or blockages that have been around, for a time usually need practice that you do all the time. Think of it this way: A thirty minute session is a reset. It does not mean that everything will be completely changed, it is a reset. The term reset means that the thirty minute session will help people to start again from the beginning and the reset is what the thirty minute session is, about it is a reset. Best approach for busy schedules: ● One short daily session (20–30 min), or ● 2–3 sessions per week for seven chakra healing Consistency matters more than duration
