Is it possible for me to physically feel my chakras opening during meditation?
While in a deeper-than-usual meditation practice last week, I experienced a sensation of pulsating in my lower back and a building warmth moving through my spine. It wasn't hurting, just strong and strange. Can you actually physically sense your chakras opening up while meditating? If so, what types of feelings are usual? I need to know if what I experienced was actual or a figment of imagination.

4 months agoGreetings, Kunal! Born in Hyderabad at 7:40 AM, you felt "pulsating" and "warmth" in your spine and want to know if these are "real" sensations of an open your chakras meditation. The Problem: You need to know if what you felt was a "figment of imagination" or a physiological sign of open up chakras guided meditation. The Solution: What you felt was 100% real. It is called "Pranic Movement." * Pulsating: This is the "Nadi" (energy channel) expanding to accommodate more life force. Warmth: This is the "Agni" (fire) of the solar plexus chakra or root chakra moving upward. Common Feelings: Tingling, pressure between the eyes (for open my third eye meditation), a feeling of "cool air" on the crown (for open crown chakra meditation), or even "swaying" of the body. These are not imagination; they are the "Electromagnetic" changes occurring in your nervous system as you open all chakras meditation. Remedy: Hyderabad sits on ancient granite, which is very grounding. When you feel these sensations, "Anchor" them by touching the floor. This prevents the "Heat" from rising too fast and causing a headache. You are not imagining it—you are "tuning" your radio to a higher station
