Is it really possible to change my aura while meditating or am I simply soothing my mind?
Name: Naina, Date of birth: 3 April 1996, Place of birth: Indore, Time: 7:40 AM. I began meditating each morning following a breakup that had left me emotionally broken. I initially did it to silence my thoughts, but eventually I noticed I felt lighter as if something within me was altering. A friend told me that my aura appeared "less heavy" recently, and that made me wonder. Can I actually alter my aura through meditation or am I merely soothing my mind? I wish to know whether this emotional lightness is psychological or energetic.

4 months agoNamaste, Naina. To answer your question: It is both, and they are inseparable. The Astrological Perspective: Born in April 1996, you have a strong influence on the Sun and Mars. A breakup often causes "Aura Fragmentation," where parts of your energy are still corded to the past. When you began meditating, you weren't just "silencing thoughts"; you were performing Chitta Vritti Nirodha (the cessation of mind-fluctuations). The Energetic Fact: In Vedic science, thoughts are the "fuel" for the aura. Heavy, grief-stricken thoughts create a dense, "gray" vibration. As you silenced the mind, the "sediment" in your aura began to settle, allowing your natural light to shine through. Your friend’s observation of you being "less heavy" is the physical confirmation of your Prana becoming more Sattvic (pure). You have effectively shifted your frequency from "Lack" to "Self-Reliance." Solution for you: Continue your practice. You are moving from a state of emotional recovery to spiritual empowerment. This lightness is the "Energetic Truth" of a soul returning to its center
