Is it true that meditating in nature has a greater benefit for mental health than meditating indoors?
When I am outside, I always feel relaxed, however, I also find it more difficult to concentrate due to the noise outside such as traffic or people. I have a problem deciding between environment and focus due to my desire to be in the quietness of nature.
