I find absolute silence during meditation to be terrifying and highly distracting; my mind immediately races, and I feel immense anxiety. I can only focus with constant background noise. Since my birth chart is influenced by the energy of the time I was born (noon), which is a high-energy time, I wonder if my difficulty with silence is linked to this core energy type.
