Is there a guided meditation that is purely auditory, not visual?

I find that guided imagery confuses me and often triggers my overthinking because I can't form clear pictures or the images distract me. I end up focusing on my failure to visualize, which is counterproductive. I need a meditation that is strictly abstract—focusing only on sound, breath, or bodily sensation. I want to find a way to maintain mental clarity without relying on visual input. (Name: Rajveer, birthday: 7th March 2001 at 2 PM)
