Namaste Jagat Ji, Your case (born April 23, 1993, at 10:15 AM in Delhi) is a clear example of "Gochar" (Transit) sensitivity. Your chart indicates a Moon-Ketu or Moon-Saturn conjunction, which creates "cyclic" gloom. Every time the transiting Moon passes through your 8^{th} or 12^{th} house (every 27 days), you feel a "dip." Every few years, when a major planet like Saturn or Jupiter changes signs, the cycle becomes "severe." You are currently in a "planetary winter." Just as we don't fear the cold because we know the sun will return, you must learn to navigate these cycles with astrological foresight. Remedy & Problem Solution:The Mahamrityunjaya Kavach: You must chant the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra 11 times every morning. This creates a "Vibrational Kavach" (Armor) around your mind so that the "severity" of the cycles cannot penetrate your core. ● Navagraha Shanti: Once every six months, perform a small Navagraha Pooja. This "greases the wheels" of the planets, making the transitions between cycles much smoother and less painful. ● Avoid Dark Colors: During your "low" months, strictly avoid wearing black or dark blue. These colors absorb the energy of Saturn and increase the "weight" of the cycle. Use white, yellow, or light green to reflect negativity. ● Journaling the Tithis: Start a "Lunar Diary." Note down how you feel on Amavasya versus Purnima. Understanding your "Internal Tides" will give you the control you currently lack.
