My anxiety spikes halfway through every meditation. Why can't I get past it?

Mai hamesha guided meditations follow karne ki koshish karta hoon. Pehle ek ya do minute theek hote hain, lekin jaise hi main apni saans par focus karta hoon, meri chhaati tight hone lagti hai. Mera dil tez dhadakta hai, aur mujhe zabardast urge hoti hai ki main uthkar kuch karun, bas iss feeling ko rok doon. Aisa lagta hai jaise koi panic attack shuru hone waala hai. Yeh anxiety itni zyada ho jaati hai ki control nahi hoti. Kya iska matlab hai ki meditation meri anxiety ke liye achhi nahi hai? (Manish, 5/12/2005, 5:20 AM)
