My son gets dizzy and nauseous during deep listening; is the sound too intense?
My adolescent boy attempts deep listening meditations to reduce his stress at school, but often reports being dizzy and a bit nauseous when the sound is overlayered. According to him the vibrations are too strong and too many. His dad is alarmed that the intensity is producing a sensory bombardment and spiking his anxiety. His name is Vikram, he was born on the 14th June 2008 at 9 PM. Should he attempt a stiller way of meditation, or lower the voice much, much?
