Nobody at school takes my anxiety seriously when I seek help, how do I get help?

Name: Ayaan Date of Birth: 10 October 2007 Place of Birth: Indore Time: 01:10 PM. I try to explain about my anxiety attacks at school, but nobody cares. They tell me I'm overdoing it or that I'm just nervous. But it's happening. My hands tremble, I get dizzy, and I cry in the bathroom just to be able to make it through the day. I am invisible and unsupported. I want to learn how to soothe myself when I am around people who do not understand or assist me. Is there a means to control anxiety when you are in an environment that is emotionally unsafe?

Hello, Ayaan. As a 2007-born student in Indore, you are navigating the high-pressure years of Rahu’s influence on the youth. Being ignored when in pain is a "Saturnine" coldness from your environment. Your Gemini influence makes you communicative, but when met with "social deaf ears," it turns into "trembling and tears." The Cause: Your environment lacks Jupiterian empathy, forcing you to become your own "Astro-Guardian." Remedy & Solution:The "Invisible Shield" Visualization: When at school, visualize a golden bubble around you. Within this bubble, you are safe; the words of others are just "noise" that cannot penetrate. ● The Palm Press: Press your thumb hard into the center of your opposite palm. This is an "acupressure" point that calms the heart and gives you a secret way to self-soothe in public. ● Action: Wear a Copper bracelet. Copper is ruled by the Sun and provides "Atma-Bala" (soul strength) to help you stand firm when you feel unsupported.
