Should I go to a psychologist, counselor, or psychiatrist first, based on my chart?

Hi, I’m Niharika, born in Patna, on 19th March 1993 at 3:10 AM. I’ve been feeling off for a long time and I’m unsure where to start—should I talk to a counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist? Can astrology guide me to the right first step?

Hi Niharika, I pulled tarot cards for you - 1.Present Energy - Nine of Swords This card makes you realize that your head is heavy. You might be thinking too much, worrying yourself at night and repeating the same thought again and again. It is so solitary, as though you are left alone supporting this burden. The card does not mean that you are weak, it means that you are tired. You have been too full without letting it out. 2.The Moon The reason behind the confusion is in this card. Your feelings are powerful, yet they are indistinct--as a fog or shadows. You are occasionally afraid of unknown causes, or you are full of doubt. It is not your fault, it is just your head responding to stress and uncertainty. This card also indicates that you are very intuitive but at this point you are fearing which is clouding your intuition. 3.Guidance - The Hierophant This is a card that is highly instructive: consult some guidance and organization. Hierophant relates to the teachers, mentors or professionals who provide us with safe direction. In this case, it implies: speaking with a counselor or psychologist will help to establish order and clarity. It does not imply that there is something wrong with you, it simply means that your healing will be accelerated in case you give someone who has been trained a chance to help you out. You may even take spiritual counseling. These little self-care journaling, artistic hobbies or even simply chatting with someone nice will slowly restore peace in your life. Remedies - 1. Have a conversation with a very close friend or family member every day, even for 5 minutes. The thing is your mind requires you to be connected, not to be lonely. 2. Always have a silver coin in your wallet. 3. Turn off the screens 1 hour before sleep. Light a small diya (lamp) or a candle and sit and keep your mind calm.
