Should I meditate to improve my focus at work or to manage my general anxiety?
I have two conflicting goals: improving my concentration at work and managing my generalized anxiety. I don't know which goal to prioritize with a single practice. Should I choose two different guided meditations, or can a single practice effectively address both issues without diluting the effort on either? My DOB is 19th October 1994.
