Should I tire my body with exercise before starting meditation?
Mera man shant nahi hota, isliye kuch log kehte hain ki dhyan lagane se pehle sareer ko asanas se thakana zaroori hai. I feel like my body has too much unresolved energy that prevents stillness. Kya sareer ko thakane se mera man zyada focus karega, ya yeh meri anxiety ko aur badha dega because of the extra physical exertion? I need to know if this is counterproductive.
