Sometimes I feel calmer when I meditate outside, is this connected to my chart?

Hi sir, I’m Ishita Reddy, born 14th August 2004 in Hyderabad at 6:10 AM. I’ve been practicing meditation to manage my anxiety and improve focus, but I’ve noticed something curious: when I meditate indoors, I feel tense, restless, and distracted, but when I go outdoors — in a park or open space — I can focus a little better and feel lighter. I’ve tried adjusting lighting, seating, and even following guided sessions, but the difference persists. Could there be something in my birth chart or planetary positions that makes me more sensitive to my environment during meditation? Is there a technique or timing that could help me achieve the same calm indoors as I feel outdoors?
