Sometimes meditation makes me feel even more jittery, why would that happen?

Hi I’m Meera Kapoor, born 9th October 2004 in Delhi at 3:10 PM. I’ve been practicing meditation to manage my anxiety, but even when I sit quietly following guided sessions, my heart starts racing, and I feel fidgety and tense. It’s confusing because I expect calmness, yet some techniques seem to backfire, making me feel more anxious than before. I’ve tried breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and soothing music, but the results are inconsistent. Could my birth chart or planetary positions be influencing how my body reacts during meditation? Are there specific meditation techniques or timings that would better suit my energy and help me achieve real calm?
