Sometimes my breathing feels off during meditation and I panic slightly, is that common for me?
Hello sir, my name is Rohit Mehra, born 21st June 2004 in Bangalore at 10:50 AM. I’ve been practicing meditation for a few months to manage anxiety and improve focus, but I keep noticing that even during calm sessions, my body reacts physically — my shoulders tighten, my chest feels heavy, and my muscles seem restless. Mentally, I try to follow the meditation, but the physical tension distracts me constantly. I wonder if there’s something in my birth chart causing this bodily resistance. Could certain planetary placements be influencing my energy in ways that make relaxation difficult? And is there a meditation technique or timing better suited to my chart that could help me feel grounded and at ease?
