Step by Step, how do I practice chakra meditation?

I've read so much about chakra meditation but I'm not entirely sure where to start. Some say you need to visualize colors, some say mantras or crystals, and so I want to know the true steps to chakra meditation so that I can practice it with purpose and clarity. Is there an easy method to do it without getting bogged down in all the methods?

Greetings, Aman! Born in Lucknow at 7:30 AM, you are overwhelmed by the variety of methods and want a "True Step-by-Step" for 3rd eye activation meditation and full chakra work. The Problem: You are bogged down by the choice between mantras, colors, and crystals. You need a clear, purposeful procedure. The Solution:Preparation (5 mins): Sit with a straight spine. Use "Nadi Shodhana" (alternate nostril breathing) to balance your lunar and solar energies. ● Grounding (2 mins): Visualize a red root extending from your spine into the earth. ● Ascension (7 mins): Move from the Root to the Crown. Spend 1 minute on each center. Visualize the color and chant the Bija (Seed) Mantra: LAM, VAM, RAM, YAM, HAM, OM, Silence. ● The Peak (5 mins): Perform a 3rd eye awakening meditation by focusing your internal gaze at the space between your brows while visualizing a violet light. ● Closing: Imagine a golden white light sealing your aura. This 15 minute chakra meditation is the "Gold Standard" for busy seekers. Remedy: As a morning birth, your 3rd eye chakra guided meditation should be done facing East. Use a Clear Quartz point held in your hands to "amplify" the best meditation to open third eye effects. This crystal acts as a "hard drive" for your spiritual progress.
