What am I to do in chakra healing if I'm totally new to it?

Hi, I'm Ishan from Rohtak (DOB: 6 May 1993, 11:07 PM). I keep hearing a lot about chakra healing these days and I am inclined to give it a shot. But I really have no idea what I'm to do. Do I simply sit and meditate? Is there any particular ritual or steps involved? I don't want to mess it up. Can anyone help me understand what chakra healing is all about to a beginner like me?

Greetings, Ishan! Born in Rohtak at 11:07 PM, you were born under the quiet strength of the night. Your chart suggests a deep, reflective nature that is perfect for chakra healing. The Problem: You are totally new to 7 chakra healing and are afraid of "messing it up." you want to know if it's just meditation or if there’s a specific ritual you must follow to get results. The Solution: For a beginner, chakra healing is essentially the art of "attending to your inner house." It is not something you can "mess up" because it is a natural process of self-awareness. Concept: Think of your 7 chakras as a series of seven rechargeable batteries. Life, stress, and emotions drain them. Healing is the process of plugging them back into the source. The "Getting Acquainted" Step: You don't need a complex ritual yet. Start with chakra healing for beginners by simply identifying where they are. First Step: Spend 10 minutes sitting quietly. Place your hand on your lower abdomen (Root), then your navel (Sacral), then your upper stomach (Solar Plexus), and so on. Just feel the area. This "Touch-Awareness" is the most powerful starting point. It bridges the gap between your mind and your energy body. Remedy: Since you were born at 11:07 PM, your subconscious is very active. The best time for you to practice is just before sleep. Use a Red Jasper stone near your pillow to help ground your energy as you begin to explore these centers. You don't need to be an expert; you just need to be curious.
