I don't currently have the money or time for therapy, so I'm searching for easy DIY treatments that can be performed at home. I've heard lavender oil, journaling, and breathing exercises mentioned previously, but I don't know how to apply them to effective use. Are there quick, natural procedures or techniques that I can follow each day to assert control over my anxiety and feel more competent?
