What are some top meditation cushion that I can use?

Hi, I'm Sandeep. There are just too many meditation cushions on the internet, and it's difficult for me to select one. Can someone tell me what type of support or style would be most suitable for me in my practice?

Hello Sandeep, It depends on your body and individual comfort. If you have a store nearby, go and try sitting on a few cushions. If you shop online, order 2–3 cushions that look comfortable and return the ones that do not suit you. Most online shops allow easy returns. [ like amazon or meesho ]. Cushion is not necessary, you can do some stretching exercises before starting your meditation to relax your muscles. i don't think a cushion is needed for 10 15 minutes of meditation but if you still feel the need you can try what I told you. Here is one very effective meditation you can try at home: 1.Take a bowl or tub of warm water. Sit in a quiet room. 2.Add spoon of rock salt if possible. This helps absorb negative energy. 3.Play a soft cosmic “Om” sound in the background. Keep the volume low. 4. Place your feet in the water. Close your eyes. 5. Take slow deep breaths. Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. 6. Imagine all the negativity is going into water and water is turning black. 7. Do this practice for 10 minutes and flush the water after that NOTE - Make sure you do it regularly for 21 days to see results
