What are the signs that I am having a severe anxiety attack?
Name: Rishav Date of Birth: 28 May 1993 Place of Birth: Bengaluru Time: 2:20 PM. I've watched many people panic and freeze up, hyperventilate, or even cry under stress, and I wonder if those are symptoms of anxiety attacks. I've experienced episodes myself where I was dizzy, couldn't get breath, and thought that I was dying but I didn't know what was happening at the time. What are the real signs that a person is experiencing a bad anxiety attack? I want to learn more about it so that I can identify it in myself and others.

6 months agoGreetings, Rishav. As a Gemini born in Bengaluru, your nervous system is naturally fast and highly receptive to information. An anxiety attack is a "Mercury Storm." The dizziness and airlessness you describe are symptoms of the Prana (life force) being restricted by a sudden surge of Rahu's chaotic energy. Cause: A temporary "eclipse" of your mental peace where the body enters a survival state. Remedy & Solution: ● Grounding Mudra: Practice the Prithvi Mudra (touching the tip of the ring finger to the thumb) during episodes to invite stability. ● Mantra: Chant "Ham" (the Beej mantra for the throat/breath) to open the airways during panic. ● Action: Learn the "5-4-3-2-1" technique. Identify 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, and 1 you taste. This pulls your Mercury energy back into the physical world.
