What do I do when my social anxiety suddenly crops up?
Name: Tanisha Date of Birth: 30 November 1996 Place of Birth: Kolkata Time: 11:50 AM. There are days I'm okay, but on some days my social anxiety suddenly strikes me. I might be in a meeting or chatting with a friend, and then I feel like I'm gasping for breath or unable to think clearly. My hands shake, my voice trembles, and I just want to run away. It's unpredictable and draining. I've tried grounding techniques, but they don't always work. What do you do when all of a sudden social anxiety is there? Is there any way that you can stop it from spiraling out of control?
