What do I eat to activate my solar plexus chakra?

I've just begun to work on my solar plexus chakra because I noticed how much self-doubt and indecision I carry around. My friend, who practices Ayurveda, said that food has a big influence on chakra activation, mainly the digestive chakra. I've been trying to shape my diet properly, but I don’t really know what exactly supports the solar plexus energetically. Are there certain foods that serve to stimulate and heal this chakra? What can I eat to benefit gut chakra recovery and awaken my body's solar center?
