What does “Chakra meditation align body energies” really mean for my life and will it help my stress issues?
Hi, I’m Ritu, born in Chandigarh on 25th May 1991 at 5:25 PM. I often hear that chakra meditation “aligns your energy centers.” I have had some problems recently due to my family and I am having stress and panic problems. What does that practically mean in daily life? How does it change how you feel or act? Will it add any issues to my behaviour?, will it deal with my problems

a year agoNamaste Ritu, Our body has 7 main chakras. Each chakra controls different parts of our body and mind. When chakras are blocked we feel stress anger panic or sadness. When they are balanced we feel calm clear and strong. if chakras are not healed it can result into disease also. For example - If your root chakra is weak you feel unsafe or worried all the time. In your case family stress and panic shows your heart chakra and solar plexus chakra need more healing. Once these are balanced you will feel less pressure. If all your chakras are balanced you will feel much better , small things won't hurt or disturb you, You will slowly get more confidence and clarity, better sleep etc. Do not worry Chakra meditation is safe. Sometimes in the beginning you may feel emotional because blocked energy is leaving your body but after that you feel lighter. Sometimes you will feel high , sometimes low. Start with 10 minutes daily. Focus on breathing deeply. Other things you can do - 1. Eat more foods linked with solar plexus and heart chakra 2. Drink water from green color glass bottle
