What does actually feeling aura cleansing like when it is done both properly and profoundly?
Name: Rakesh, Date of birth: 9 July 1995, Place of birth: Delhi, Time: 8:10 AM. I visited a healer last week and had an aura cleansing session done. She didn't touch me at all, only utilized sound and light methods. I became dizzy during the session and wept afterwards, though I wasn't feeling sad. I remained calmly serene and clear-headed for days. Was that the cleansing effect? What does cleansing of the aura really feel like when it is done properly and deeply? I would like to know the emotional and physical feelings so I will be able to identify them during future sessions.

4 months agoGreetings Rakesh, It is wonderful that you had such a profound experience with your healer. Based on your birth details, your energy is quite sensitive to "Akash" (Ether) elements, which is why sound and light worked so effectively for you. The Analysis: What you experienced—the dizziness and the spontaneous weeping—is known in energy medicine as a "Healing Crisis" or a "Cathartic Release." This happens when the healer dislodges a "blockage" that has been sitting in your field for a long time. The weeping wasn't sadness; it was the physical body's way of "flushing" the chemicals of old stress. The Profound Feeling of Success: ● Physical: A properly cleansed aura feels "cool" and "spacious." You might feel as though you are a few inches taller or that your skin can finally "breathe." ● Emotional: You will experience "Sattva"—a state of calm clarity where the "chatter" of the mind stops, and you feel like an observer of your life rather than a victim of its chaos. ● Duration: A deep cleanse usually leaves a "serene glow" that lasts 3–7 days.
