What does this intense fluttering in my solar plexus chakra really mean?

Recently, I have been experiencing a fluttering sensation in my upper belly. It occurs when I meditate, but also at random times during the day. It isn't a pain, just really strong, like something is vibrating within me. I've read it may be related to the solar plexus chakra, but I don't have a clue what that means. What does this strong fluttering feeling in my solar plexus chakra really mean?
