What helps me calm down after a phobia-related anxiety attack?

Name: Ishita Date of Birth: 30 October 1998 Place of Birth: Lucknow Time: 04:05 PM. Hello, I have elevator phobia and had a major anxiety attack last time I found myself trapped in an elevator. Even when I managed to escape, I shook uncontrollably and sobbed for hours. I need to know what works during the aftermath when the threat has passed but the body remains in panic mode and the mind is still reeling. I've attempted to drink water and rest, but the terror remains for several hours. Is there some way that I can settle down quicker and feel secure once more after an attack triggered by a phobia? I must be able to move forward without carrying the trauma over to the rest of my day.

Hello Ishita. Born in Lucknow in Scorpio season, you are a master of transformation, even if you don't feel like it yet. An elevator phobia is a Saturn-Rahu block (fear of confinement). The "sobbing for hours" is your Moon trying to wash away the trauma. You are "stuck" in the aftermath because your Ketu is holding onto the memory of the "danger." The Cause: "Neural Habituation." Your mind has outpaced your body’s chemical memory. Remedy & Solution:Salt Cleansing: Wash your hands and face with salt water immediately after an episode. Salt is a master cleanser of "Rahu" energy. ● The "Safe Place" Visualization: Rebuild your 4th house security. Imagine a golden shield around you that no elevator or wall can penetrate. ● Action: Don't suppress the shaking. Let it happen. The shaking is the body's way of releasing "excess Mars energy." Once the shaking stops, drink warm Ginger tea to ground your "Vata.”
