What impact does an imbalance of my lower chakras have upon my life?

I just had a chakra reading, and the practitioner informed me my root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras are all out of balance. Since then, I have been thinking about how unstable I have been, financially, emotionally, even physically. I have issues with self-worth, intimacy, and decision-making. Is this an effect of lower chakra imbalance? How will lower chakra imbalance affect me in my daily life?
