What is the ideal meditation method to enable me to eliminate anxiety and feel emotionally balanced?
Name: Ritika, Date of birth: 22 November 2003, Place of birth: Pune, Time: 8:20 PM. I’m currently studying for my final architecture exams, and there is a lot of pressure. Meditation was recommended to me by my therapist, but in most cases, it is not comforting. ERather it makes me more worried. I can feel the tension building in my chest, and my mind speaks up louder.Even meditation guides cannot calm me for long. What is the best meditation technique to help me eliminate anxiety and become emotionally centered?
