What is this second heartbeat in my solar plexus?

When I meditate deeply on my solar plexus chakra, I occasionally feel a throbbing sensation in my abdomen. Like a second heartbeat. It's rhythmic, powerful, and only happens when I'm fully present. Mind it, it doesn't have a physical feeling. What does it mean when I experience this second heartbeat in my solar plexus?
