What makes me panic in the classroom when anxiety strikes all of a sudden?

Name: Ananya Date of Birth: 25 November 1995 Place of Birth: Bengaluru Time: 08:00 AM. Hi, I'm a college student and I sometimes have panic attacks during lectures. It begins with a constricted chest and dizziness, and then I feel trapped like I am unable to leave or seek help without drawing attention. I am sitting motionless, hoping it will subside, but it is petrifying. I want to know what I could do in that moment to calm myself down without upsetting the class or making matters worse. Is there a covert manner to control panic in public places such as class rooms, where exiting isn't always possible?

Hello Ananya. A Moon in Virgo makes you a "Details-Oriented" person, and a Saturn Return is the ultimate "Grown-up" test. Virgo Moons are the "Worrywarts" of the zodiac. You "feel trapped" in lectures because your mind is over-analyzing the exits. During a Saturn Return, the weight of the "Future" feels 10 times heavier. The Cause: High analytical power (Virgo) meeting heavy pressure (Saturn). Remedy & Solution:The "Toe Scruching": In your shoes, curl and uncurl your toes. This is an "Earth" grounding technique that no one can see. It pulls the energy from your "Dizzy head" down to your feet. ● The "Water Bottle" Anchor: Hold a cold water bottle. The sensation of cold and the weight of the bottle acts as a "Saturnian" anchor. ● Mantra (Silent): Mentally repeat "Om Shanti" with every breath. Action: "Corner Seats." Always sit at the back or in a corner. Having a wall behind you provides an astrological sense of safety, allowing your "Lunar" mind to focus on the lecture.
