What meditation is optimal for me to open the chakras safely and effectively?
There are just so many chakra meditations available. Some are done with music, some are done with mantras, and some are done in silence with visualization. I'd like to open my chakras, but I'm also careful about opening them safely. Which meditation do you recommend as being most effective to open up the chakras without overloading the system? I'd like something middle-of-the-road and newbie-friendly.
