What physical movements can I do in order to heal all of my 7 chakras and regain my emotional balance?

Meditation is helpful, but I want something more concrete. I'm seeking physical activity rituals, practices, even foods that will heal all of my 7 chakras. What physical activities can I do to heal all of my 7 chakras and feel emotionally grounded again? I want to create a daily practice that centers me and recharges my energy.
