What strategies and days organize my mindfulness practice best according to my chart?

I’ve been using mindfulness and meditation, but sometimes I think it’s not working as well as it should. I was also hoping astrology might help guide me in how to set up a daily or weekly mindfulness practice that meets my energetic needs so I can get the optimal benefit.
