What strategies will allow me to deal with anxiety and not feel burdened or disconnected?

Name: Rishi, Date of birth: 18 July 1998, Place of birth: Delhi, Time: 8:05 AM. I've tried journaling, breathing, and even visualizing, yet I still can't seem to get any handle on my own mind. I would like to know what is effective for individuals when it comes to managing anxiety without getting lost or disconnected. I'm hoping for something that feels normal and something that can last, not just a temporary escape.I want to be me again, not someone always fighting with their own mind.
