What's the one meditation technique I actually use when life gets difficult?

I am Kriti with my date of birth being 29/1/1998, 11 AM. Over the years, I have tried dozens of meditation applications and videos and have switched between body scans to visualizations. Most of them are too business-like or artificial and I cannot maintain them. I do not need a list. I only want to know what meditation technique I will observe later in life when I am in need of calming down, especially during times of high stress and anxiety as per my birth details. Will you do me a favor and give me the one that really works.
