When can I feel the natural anti-anxiety supplements kick in?

Name: Kavita Date of Birth: 12 December 1993 Place of Birth: Surat Time: 07:15 AM. I've begun using natural supplements for anxiety like L-theanine, ashwagandha, and magnesium. It's been a week or so and I don't know if they're working yet. I still get anxious in the mornings and get easily overwhelmed. I'm trying not to use medication, so I really hope these supplements work. How long do they take to have an effect? Should I be adjusting the dosage or combining them with other treatments like meditation or writing down in a journal? I want to give them a fair shot before trying medication again, but I am unsure what to expect in regards to timeline and effectiveness.
