Which are the best and easy-to-do mindfulness meditation practices to release my stress and fatigue?
Name: Shreya, Date of birth: 6 August 2004, Place of birth: Bangalore, Time: 5:25 PM. I have integrated meditation into my daily routine to manage anxiety and improve focus. Strangely, my meditation is more effective in the morning when I am very calm; however, at night my thoughts are always active and are quite disturbing. It is like my vigor is totally different at different times of the day. What are some simple-to-practice mindfulness meditation methods that can assist me in reducing stress and fatigue without provoking me? Can my birth chart tell me why I am more meditative at certain times?

4 months agoHello Shreya. It is very common for meditation to feel different at night. In the morning, your Cortisol (stress hormone) is naturally higher to wake you up, but it’s "fresh." By night, you have "Decision Fatigue," and your brain is trying to process every single event of the day, causing that "disturbing" activity. The Solution: Use Yoga Nidra (Psychic Sleep) at night. Unlike morning mindfulness, which is about "waking up" to the moment, Yoga Nidra is about "stepping down" into relaxation. It uses a "Body Rotation" technique where you move your awareness rapidly from your right thumb, to index finger, etc., which "exhausts" the racing mind until it drops into a calm state. Insight: Born Aug 6, you are a Leo. Leos are ruled by the Sun. Your energy naturally wanes as the Sun sets. Your "Lunar" (night) energy might be less developed, making the dark hours feel restless.
